About usUp and out is a team building exercise courses ranged for the ages of 15-40. The courses are enjoyable and practical the courses will need each team members to help each other out more information on the team building page. There will also be a caf for parents or friends to wait for players more information will e on the caf page.

Team Building activities There will be two types of exercise that will involve team building which are paintball capture the flag which will have two sides both will have a go at defending and capturing different points. another activity is ghost where you are in a large woodland and there is a ghost soldier which you have to get back to your base over a 3 acres of woodland.
