    My learnings:

    • Time management- how effective it is to work by following strategic timings.• Protocols helps an educator to cater a child more wisely.• The collaboration of Project with Environment and Gujarati was taken care of well.• Effective planning and managing materials for activities shows a well organised work.• Got an opportunity to know that the dust and garbage should not be just removed from our surrounding, but

    from our mind too!• "Cleanliness is next to Godliness"- This proverb was well quoted to students. • Being enthusiastic just like Sangeeta mam each morning is the greatest quality every team member wants to

    possess.

    You always model anything you do with the class, discuss with the team and take

    suggestions positively.

    Working together and being part of PBL training together, we have tried to learn a

    lot from each other. We have discussed different ways of making learning more and

    more interesting.

    I have never seen you dull. You are always lively. Though you are working with the

    small group, you never get disheartened when students don’t meet your

    expectations or do not give the results of your efforts. You have a very positive

    attitude and continue working tirelessly with them.

    I have seen you working with the young kids for your project on “Cleanliness”.

    How they were excited and totally involved doing one or the other activity

    enthusiastically. You have that skill of keeping students involved in their work and

    holding their interest. May you continue doing this and keep helping students reach

    new heights and get a new vision of learning.
