Place Most of the people in Somalia live in small
villages scattered throughout the rural areas of the country.
The few people that live in the urban areas in this country live in single-family houses.

RegionsSomalis are classified as a Hamitic people with a Cushitic culture. Is thought that people of Somalia migrated from equatorial lakes of Africa to settle in the area of Somalia’s two
rivers.Once settled they mixed with pastoral groups
from the north and migrants from the Arabian Peninsula, the Persian Gulf, and perhaps Southeast Asia.
