in the Boiler of cogeneration power plant. Manufacturing of RS/ENA/ Ethanol in the proposed Distillery by using Molasses/Grains.

Yes Sugar plant Effluent from sugar plant will be in treated in ETP to comply with the TSPCB standards for onland for irrigation. Co-Generation Power Neutralisation tank will be proposed to neutralize the DM plant regeneration water & boiler blowdown. The neutralized effluent will be mixed with Cooling tower blowdown and used for greenbelt development within the plant premises. Distillery With Molasses: Spent wash from molasses based distillery will sent biomethanisation concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) followed by Bio-composting, or Spent wash from molasses based distillery will concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (MEE) incineration in incinerator boiler (25 TPH) . With Grains: Spent wash will be fed to decanter to separate the solids, which is known as wet cake (DWGS). The remaining liquid is called as thin slops which will have 6 % solids and will be concentrated in Multiple Effect Evaporators (after recycling 30% to process) to concentrate the solids to 30% and then it will again be mixed with the previously separated wet cake and then dried in DDGS Dryer to dry the product to 10% moisture and 90 %

solids which is known as DDGS and will be sold as cattle feed.

No There will be a slight increase in traffic volume during construction of the remaining units due to transportation of construction materials. During operation of the plant the raw material for sugar plant (or) Sugar cane will be transported by tractors & trucks. The raw material for power generation & distillery plants will be bi-products from the sugar plant in the same premises. Hence there will not be much of additional road traffic due to the proposed plant. There will not be any impact on sea/air traffic due to the proposed plant. The raw material for grain based distillery will be transported by trucks.

No State-of-the-art ESPs was installed to boilers bring down the SPM to < 100 mg/Nm3. Treated effluent will be used for onland for irrigation after ensuring the compliance with TSPCB standards. Ash will be stored in silo and ash will be used as manure/given to brick manufacturers/cement plants. Bagasse is using as fuel in the Co-generation power plant. Filter cake
