Hopper found an actual bug a moth inside a computer and she removed it and that is where the term “debug” came from.

Babbage’s Analytical Engine The Analytical Engine borrowed the

idea to use punch codes to print calculating results. Babbage’s Analytical engine was used in home, and was better and more accurate way to calculate in the early stages of calculating.

What Herman Hollerith's tabulating machine was invented for. Herman Hollerith invented the

tabulating machine to help process data for the 1890 U.S. Census.

What the ENIAC was built for and where it was built. The ENIAC was designed to calculate

artillery firing tables for the United States Army’s Ballistic Research Laboratory, but its first use was in the calculations for the hydrogen bomb.

It was mad at the University of Pennsylvania Moore School of Electrical Engineering.

A program is a set of ordered instructions that enable a computer to carry out a specific task.

What was the benefit of the transistor replacing vacuum tubes? The benefit is that one transistor

replaced many tubes, making computers smaller, less expensive, and more reliable.
