Brief Report on the visit of DCEO and RPM

A project review visit was held under the chairmanship of Shri S.S. Rana (Dy. CEO) with Mr. Anil Gupta (RPM, Rajasthan). They arrived at Baran on 09th Oct. 2017 at DPO-Baran and GVT Baran, Kota and Jhalawar team heartily welcomed them. At the outset, a meeting was held with RPM-Rajasthan, Shimbhu Singh (DPM, Baran, Kota and Jhalawar), Mr. Dinesh Kumar Prajapati (Wadi- Project Co-ordinator), and all team members of Baran, Kota and Jhalawar and discussion was held especially about Pastureland development -CSR Project, Wadi and CFT- Sangod . After a brief introduction of all, some of the project points were discussed which are as follow:–

1. A brief present project status was explained by DPM-Baran, Kota and Jhalawar. Presently Six ongoing project of Baran, Kota and Jhalawar (Wadi-Kishanganj, CFT-Sangod, CSR-Chhabra, ATMA-Baran, NTPC-Anta, E-Shakti-Jhalawar, CFT-Bakani)

a- DCEO and RPM Visited had two wadi at Radhapura and Sodana (i)- Brijmohan S/o Rampratap, Village - Radhapura (ii)- Ramsingh S/o Bhanulal, Village - Sodana Sh SS Rana, Dy CEO visited district Baran on Oct 9 -10, 2017 along with Er Anil

Gupta, RPM (Raj) details of each day are given below.

Oct 9, 2017:

A) MoU signed with Sh Pramod Agarwal, Chief Engineer, Chhabra Super Thermal

Power Plant for CSR project with total outlay of Rs 308.02 lakh.

B) Further, meeting was held with Mr Gopal Devda, CSR Headvof Adani Foundation,

Kawai.

C) Dy CEO met with Dr SP Singh, District Collector as courtesy meet. He briefed

about different ongoing and upcoming projects in district Baran.

Oct 10, 2017:

A) Dy CEO visited wadi project area at village Sodana & Radhapura and interacted

with project beneficiary. President of Wadi Samiti welcomed him.

B) He also meet with Sh Ram Jevan Meena, CEO- Zilla Parishad, Baran.

C) Staff meeting was held with all team members of Kota, Baran and Jhalawar. Mr.

Shimbhu Singh, DPM welcomed him during meeting. Staff shared about progress,

issues, achievement, and challenges in concerned projects.

D) Dy CEO also met with Mr Rajeev Jain, Addl. Gen. Manager (HR) of NTPC, Anta and

discussed about progress in existing as well as opportunities for new business. Mr.

Jain appreciated efforts of GVT team.
