INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Locate a Telepoem listing in the Telepoem Book. (They are categorized by poet’s last name and topic.)2. Pick up the hand-set. Listen for dial tone.3. Dial ALL of the numbers exactly as listed—including the area code. (DO NOT add “1” for long-distance.)4. To dial, put fingertip in the corresponding number hole in the rotary phone dial. 5. Rotate finger and dialing plate clockwise—all the way to the stopping bar.6. Release finger. Let plate return to starting position.7. Hang up the phone when done.

This phone is NOT WIRED for making outside calls.Emergency calls are not possible on this telephone.
