Diagnosis• Obsessive
Compulsive Disorder• Paranoid
Schizophrenia • Eating Disorder
Symptoms: 1. Obsessions = being
perfect2. Compulsions = scratching 3. Paranoid Schizophrenia =
hallucinations and delusions of things getting in her way of being perfect.
4. Eating disorder = very thin, competitive occupation, vomiting when anxious
SYMPTOMS AND DIAGNOSIS
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy• Identifying triggers and coping
mechanisms• Spirituality/wellness groups• Relaxation• Expressive Art Therapy• Leisure Education• Self Esteem and Body Image
TR INTERVENTIONS
• Client will develop five new useful leisure activities and skills by the end of the 12 week treatment.
• Patient will participate in at least 1 group activities a day and 1:1 with the therapist for the first six weeks of treatment.
• Patient will identify three new coping skills that can be utilized to decrease triggers and obsessive thoughts from occurring.
• Client will establish 4 new social contacts in group activities of in the facility before impatient treatment ends.
• Client will enhance body image and self esteem by drawing hers positive qualities of self once a week.
• Client will participate in expressive arts therapy of her choice twice a week in group or individual settings.
• Client will fill out Leisure Attitude Measurement and Life Satisfaction Scale at the end of each week to track progression of treatment plan.
• Client will move to outpatient treatment at the end of 12 weeks if goals are met. • Client will participate in CBT three times a week to decrease negative thoughts,
behaviors and actions
