By The Cabin Charters are becoming a popular alternative to traditional charter sailing vacations, and Dream Yacht Charter is pleased to offer this option to our clients. Aboard our luxury Catamarans, you will have your own stateroom and private bath. An experienced captain and crew will pamper you and you will make new friends with like-minded sailors.

Our itineraries are designed around short daily passages, which allow you to experience stunning Caribbean scenery from a unique perspective. Short daily sails also mean you will have plenty of time to relax in the sun, swim, snorkel or kayak. In addition, you can go ashore on excursions and experience more of your exotic paradise.

Our CrewsDream Yacht Charter captains and crews are the best in the business, and are dedicated to making sure you have the best vacation possible. The captain handles all of the sailing chores, and will assist you with all of the water sport gear aboard the yacht. And with

extensive local knowledge, he will know the best anchorages and places to visit.

What is a sailing trip without food? A gourmet chef is part of the crew on each of our yachts. They prepare spectacular meals and snacks from fresh, local ingredients that are bought along the way. Sometimes dinner is even caught from the sea that day!

So sit back and relax or get involved in sailing the yacht. You can do as much as you like, safe in the knowledge that your enjoyment is our top priority.

British Virgin IslandsBVI Dream (8 days/7nights) Tortola, BVIDay 1: TORTOLAWelcome aboard at 6:00 pm in Hodges Creek Marina.

Day 2: NORMAN ISLANDSail to the Caves on Norman Island through the fabled Sir Frances Drake Channel, and you will arrive at one of pirate history’s most fabled locations. You can snorkel in and around what is reputed to be Blackbeard’s treasure stash, in crystal clear waters surrounded by thousands of the most colorful fish you can imagine. Your crew will tell you about the lore and myths of these caves and the treasure troves that have been found! A brief motor-sail around the headland brings you into “The Bight” on Norman Island, home of the infamous “William Thornton,” a floating bar and restaurant known to many as the “Willy T.” (8 miles-2 hours.)

Day 3: PETER ISLANDAwake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and a glorious breakfast. After a morning plunge off of the stern of the yacht, sail along Peter Island, past Dead Chest and into the anchorage at Salt Island. Salt Island is the final resting place of the R.M.S Rhone, which sank off of its eastern point during a fierce hurricane in 1896. All hands went down with the ship. The Rhone is one of the most famous wrecks in the world for scuba divers to explore.

Snorkel over the stern section or take a walk around the shoreline in search of buried treasure. Next, sail to The Baths at Virgin Gorda. Walk through the huge granite boulder caves and formations to Devils Bay where you will see some of the vistas that make the BVI so famous. After lunch aboard, sail up the rugged coast of Virgin Gorda to The Bitter End Yacht Club. Go ashore after dinner and take in a typical BVI evening with rum punch and a steel drum band. (6 miles to Salt Island 11/2 hours, then 6 miles to The Baths 11/2 hours, then 8 miles to BEYC 2 hours.)

Day 4: ANEDADA ISLANDSet sail and chart a course to the storied island of Anegada with its endless white beaches. Strolling along the deserted beach is like walking on soft powder. Anegada is a perfect place to relax on the beach, but a visit to Loblolly or Cow Wreck Beach is a must.

The scenery and snorkelling are equally fantastic; so are the renowned sweet, spiney Caribbean lobsters. You are likely to see them overflowing from traps. Anegada is surrounded by the world’s third largest living coral reef. (10 miles 21/2 hours.)

Day 5: VIRGIN GORDAAfter breakfast, set sail for a spirited run back to Virgin Gorda. Stop there for lunch and some fantastic snorkelling among the granite boulders. Leaving Virgin Gorda, sail to Marina Cay, a private Island Resort off the East side of Tortola. (15 miles 3 1/2 hours.)

Day 6: GUANA ISLAND/TRELLIS BAY - JOST VAN DYKEAfter coffee, sail to Monkey Point on Guana Island for breakfast. You can also go ashore for one of our fantastic

excursions. The captain will drop you at Trellis Bay to meet with our excursion team. After a day ashore, you will rejoin the boat at Soper’s Hole for the trip to Jost Van Dyke. If you stay aboard, you can snorkel around the unusual coral outcroppings of Guana Island, and see some interesting marine life. Eat lunch at anchor off Green Cay, a little Islet by Jost Van Dyke. This quaint “Robinson Crusoe” type of island is so small you can walk around it in five minutes. Happy Hour at the world famous Foxy’s on Jost Van Dyke is worth piling into the dinghy for. Pinning an article of clothing with your name on it in Foxy’s bar is a tradition shared by hundreds of visitors from around the world. (15 miles 31/2 hours.)

Day 7: WHITE BAYWhite Bay is just around the point from Foxy’s. It is a quintessential Caribbean beach, and is fringed with coconut palms. Put your dollars in your pocket and swim ashore to the Soggy Dollar Bar, where the “Painkiller” cocktail was invented. Spend a leisurely day there before returning to Tortola, where you spend the night at Soper’s Hole. (5 miles 1 hour.)

Day 8: TORTOLAAfter breakfast, take the short cruise to our base at Hodges Creek, and disembark at 10:00 am. (8 miles 2 hours.)
