Making the most important day of your life memorable

A member of staff and your photographer will arrange to meet you and organise your photographs with your wedding cake before you receive your guests.

On Arrival

After greeting the Bridal party, your reception drinks will be served to your guests as they take their seats ready for the wedding breakfast to begin. The best man will request the guests to be upstanding for the entrance of the bride and groom

Receiving your Guests

After the meal has been served the best man will call upon the bride and groom to cut the cake.

Your toast drink will be served.

First to speak is the father of the bride (or family friend) who thanks guests for attending and proposes a toast to the new couple.

The groom then replies to thank everybody, and then toasts the bridesmaids.

The best man replies with his speech finishing by proposing a toast to absent friends.

On completion the bride and groom can mingle with their guests.

If you wish to continue your reception into the evening, you and your guests can relax in the bar lounge while the room change over takes place.

Choose from any of the selections on our separate finger buffet brochure. Alternatively if there are any changes or special requirements, we will discuss these with you.

All room hire, VAT are included in the price.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE

1 Facilities may only be used for the purposes for which they have been booked.

2 The Authority does not accept any responsibility for any consequential loss that may arise as a result of a cancellation or postponement of any booking howsoever.

3 The Authority does not accept any responsibility for personal belongings brought onto the premises.

4 No unauthorised fixings to the structure of the building are allowed.

5 The duty supervisor’s instructions must be adhered to in all situations.

6 All rights of admission are reserved.

7 All bookings are subject to availability, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure the booking.

8 Any damages caused in any of the centres are the responsibility of the hirer.

9 Any changes that are required must be notified immediately.

Our drinks packages are designed to suit all styles and tastes. All spirits are

served in 35ml measures and all our still wines in 125ml measures. Orange juice

will be available for the children.

Bucks fizz or sherry and whiskey reception

glass of sparkling wine to toast the bride and groom

Package 3 £9.50

Bucks fizz or sherry and whiskey reception, a glass

of red or white wine will be served with your meal.

Also a glass of sparkling wine to toast the bride and groom.
