Step 3:
Buying your ticket
When selecting your ticket you’ll be asked to create an account. For singles and day tickets, it’s not mandatory although it’s recommended so we can recover any lost tickets
Before pressing ‘Buy’ be sure to complete all the fields such as email address (if using a guest account) start date (if choosing a weekly or monthly pass) and also the T&Cs. If you have an account, you can also choose to securely save your card details here for faster payments
Choose a payment type and enter your card details. An error will show if any details are entered incorrectly.

Step 4:
Accessing & using your ticket
When your payment has processed, you’ll see the confirmation screen.
If buying a single or day ticket, you can choose whether to start your ticket now (only do this if you are travelling straight away) or start later.
When choosing start later, you can choose to start the ticket on the wallet screen
Your ticket will now be in your ticket wallet.
It may be in the inactive if you have chosen a future start date (it will auto-activate on your chosen date) or chosen to ‘start later’.
If your ticket is inactive press the ‘Start ticket’ button to show the live pass to the driver.
If it is already active, press the ‘Display ticket’ button

Step 5:
Your active ticket pass:
You will need to allow the app to camera access for the ticket to work.
The app uses the phone's front-facing camera as a mirror so the driver can confirm that it’s a valid Ticket.
We do not save or record any images.
When boarding the bus, have the ticket opened with the screen of the phone pointed at the driver.
Word of the day: The app will ask you to open the app each day with an internet connection so it can download a new word each day.
Your front facing camera shows the driver’s image
Your ticket details will show here - An inspector may need to check the dates and travel region - please allow them to do so if required.
