ACTUATIONManual or electric drive. When desired by Customer the gate valves may be completed with electric drives of Russian or international

manufacturers (AUMA, ROTORK, LIMITORQUe, FeSTO, etc).

TIghTNESSThe closure sealing is “metal-to-fluoroplastic /rubber/teflon” type.

MOUNTINg IN ThE PIPELINEMounting in the pipeline – disc pivot in horizontal position. Line medium flow – under disc. Connection to the pipeline – flanged or wafer type (between pipeline flages). When required by Customer, flanged valves may be

supplied complete with connection accessories (flanges, gaskets, fasteners).

CLIMATIC SERVICE CONDITIONSAmbient temperature range: – 40 °C to + 50 °C.

Complete set of supply includes: butterfly valve, butterfly valve certificate, technical manual and service guide. Electric actuator, mating flanges with fasteners and gaskets are supplied when required by Customer.

3. Flange connections of the regulators simplify installation and takedown of the valves.4. Spline joint between the disc and the shaft provides longer operating life compared to the conventional key joint.5. The valve design incorporates grease injectors that supply lubricants to the bearing assembly of the shaft or the disc and extend

operating life of the product. Maintenance frequency – once a year, lubricant ВНИИНП-323 (GOST 14068-79) or ЦИАТИМ-221 (GOST 9433-80) or any other grease approved by vendor.

6. The yoke is featured with roller bearings decreasing the effort of the actuator and facilitating valve operation. 7. The regulators have smaller dimensions and weight (compared to other industrial valves designed for similar working media) that enable to use these valves in narrow spaces and with minimum number if supports for the pipeline.

APPLICATIONUsed as stop valves for pipelines transporting hot steam, light oil products, liquid and gaseous fluids, aggressive and non-aggressive

media, containing high concentration of H2S and CO2, at the temperature reaching +425 C.

DESIgN fEATURES�

1. Tri -centric design of the disc results in lower torque compared to standard design.

2. “Metal-to-metal” seats extend service life of the valve.3. Demountable design of seat/disc and easy seal replacement

provide high level of maintainability.

Simple and convenient valve design ensures extended service life of the element.

The regulators have smaller dimensions and weight (compared to gate valves for similar working media) that enable to use these valves in narrow spaces and with minimum number if supports for the pipeline.�

ThE TRIPLE-OffSET gEOMETRyOffSET �: The shaft is offset behind the seat axis to allow

complete sealing contact around the entire seat.OffSET 2: The shaft centerline is offset from the pipe and valve

which provides interference free opening and closing of the valve.

OffSET 3: The seat cone axis is offset from the shaft centerline to eliminate friction during closing and opening and to achieve uniform compressive sealing around the entire seat.
