Round Butterfly Puzzle
Instructions:You will need this pattern book.
One 1/8 thick sheet of Baltic Bitrch Ply.
One 1/4 sheet sheet of Baltic Birch Ply.
Cut two 6 inch circles from the Baltic Birch using the circle template on the last page of this
book.
Print the butterfly picture onto photo paper at the highest quality setting of your printer.
Print the circle puzzle template onto typing paper. Cut both out with scissors.
Apply the Butterfly to the 1/4 thick Baltic Birch circle with permanent spray adhesive.
Apply the puzzle template to the 1/8 thick Baltic Birch circle.
Sandwich the two with the puzzle template on top. Wrap clear box tape around the two
pieces to hold them together.
Cut the puzzle lines with a puzzle cutting scroll saw blade. As you cut the pieces you can
discard the 1/8 template and reassembl the puzzle as you go.
