Energy LeapThe Middle East continues to be a strong market for theIE Park Group and among products recently delivered to the area have been an Energy Leap to Al Othaim in Riyadh, KSA.The ride features 10 arms around a central hub, each with three seats at the end. As they rotate around the centre, the arms ‘leap’ into the air at set points to providea fun experience in a compact space.

Jungle CarouselIE Park has recently commissionedthree attractions at Jungleland park in Jakarta,Indonesia.The rides involved are a 12m diameterJungleland Carousel and two bumper car tracks, one measuring 12m x 24m and the other 7m x 11m. The Carousel includes a total of 50 seats on a variety of animals including ti-gers, lions, leopards, monkeys and giraffes. Each animal holds one rider with the exception of the elephant (three seats), peacock (two seats) and snake (four seats) themed units, and of the total, 27 of the animals move mechanically in an up and down motion while five move manually in a rocking motion.

Butterfly and Ocean OrcaSeveral examples of IE Park’s Jumbo Tour ride have been deliveredto customers in the Middle East and the UK.Two Butterfly themed models were recently completed for the Al Hokair Group in Riyadh, KSA, while another version, a custom-made Fun Factory, has also been delivered to the Al Sadhan Trading Company, based in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, another model, the Ocean Orca, opened just before Easterat Harbour Park in Littlehampton, on the south coast of England.The ride consists of a long, single gondola with a row of seats attached to two pivoting arms which move up and down in a circular motion. It can bedecorated in a variety of themes and is available with 6, 10 or 12 seats.

ImpactorOne of IE Park’s exciting Impactor rides will soon be delivered to a client in Belgorod, Russia. This installation will be a Model 120° which features eight seats attached in pairs to a swinging arm. The seats are positioned as a square, facing inwards towards each other, and riders are swung in a pendulum motion up to an angle of 120°. The seats on the Impactor can also be positioned facing outwards if required. Two other examples of the ride, a Model 240° and a Model 360°, are also currently in production.

New projects – Spin Coaster makes its debutIE Park has added further to its growing rangeof roller coasters with the opening of its firstSpin Coaster in Riyadh for the Al Sadhan Trading Company, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading supermarket groups.We are also currently working on other roller coaster projects, among which are a new JR45 and SC300, in addi-tion to two Drop Tower projects, a mini Drop Tower rota-ting and a 16m Drop Tower, for the Far East/Asian market.
