FITTING OF MEETINGAND TRAINING ROOMS

Videoworks deals with the Fitting of meeting and training rooms, the integration of audio devices, video-projectors and interactive blackboards; along with to videoconferencing systems, immersive telepresence and web conferencing for the support of virtual meeting, both remotely and in mobility.

IMMERSIVE TELEPRESENCEThe immersive telepresence is a high quality videoconferencing solution which delivers a meeting experience, as if the remote members of the meeting were in the same room. This is possible thanks to Audio/Visual systems, allowing:

› The connection with a high number of remote points and mobility staff › The sharing of graphic contents, data and desktops while maintaining the

speakers images › An easy use and booking of the meeting room, through the mailing systems

of the company › The overcoming of distancees, so that to increase the decisional timing › Avoiding moves and huge costs for travels › Connection through different devices (Tablets, Smartphones, desktop, video

TRAINING The training sector is getting more and more technological. The active education consists of having a package of possible and easy to use tools, for both teachers and students, involving the use of many technological devices and the resulting ability of easily switching from one to onother. Videoworks can create network infrastructures, training rooms (fitted with vid-eo-projectors, interactive blackboards…) and systems integrations which allow an active, technological education, by using contents that can be shared and dis-cussed even in mobility (from Tablets, PCs and mobile phones), while following the privacy and security terms.

Videoworks technology allows Clients or end users to use interactive touch monitors on which is possible to write and modify notes; recall data and share contents with the audience. Moreover, it allows to easily control the Audio/Visual and the Lighting systems; access information like the daily agenda, the security guides and the company history translated into different languages; book rooms; select and share files, presentation and info in each room and connect one’s own device to access contents, thanks to the Airplay system.

SOUND ASSESSMENT

The audio system needs a proper design, in order to optimize the acoustic impact inside the room.Videoworks, cooperating with specialists in the field, can provide a complete service of design and acoustic study of the amplification system for environments with special acoustic characteristics. For this reason Videoworks can suggest the most suitable products for a specific environment and install them with elegance and style according to with the design defined by the Architect.

The IPTV is a transmission system of TV signals, such as Internet or a company net. Thanks to the IPTV architecture is possible to distribute TV programmes through a reliable net, with higher quality then the analogic signal of the terrestrial TV. Usually, the IPTV offers two main types of contents: direct contents (it means they are distributed to different users simultaneously) and Video-on-Demand contents, it means they are pre-recorded and available for each user who requiring them.

Two glass plates with a laminated film in between that, thanks to LCD polymerization and back-projection, is able to display sharp and high quality images such as the ones of a full HD TV.When you don’t need to watch a movie, the press of a single button makes the glass completely transparent. This is ideal for glass window installation and for doors that connect interiors and exteriors, so that no transparency or space is lost.

The SSP6™ Multiducers™ (multifunctional transducers) are very small speakers which miraculously transform nearly any surface structure into an invisible audio speaker panel. These speakers can be embedded into every material: glass, wood, marble, steel, etc. transforming non-acoustic materials and devices into high fidelity full range audio speakers.The bespoke DSP board, made exclusively for Videoworks by Leaff Engineering and in collaboration with Università Politecnica delle Marche, is a result of a mathematical algorithm, called Percept, of digital room correction conceived for internal spaces. The DSP board is pivotal for the loudspeakers to perfectly equalize the sound, depending on the ambient and the material they are embedded into. This solution for the saving of space and for the hiding of both the product and the cables, while reproducing an unbelievable sound.
