Article I. Section I: Project Overview

Section I.01 Description of ProjectXzuberance Apparel Inc has contracted GroupFIO of Canada to develop, customize and install a sophisticated ecommerce portal to replace the existing Zencart shopping cart. GroupFIO will customize their existing state-of-the art Cheetah Multi Channel (CMC) application and deliver a robust, scalable yet intuitive shopping experience for Xzuberance customers. This will enable Xzuberance to maintain customer loyalty, attract newer customers and obtain a greater market share in the ecommerce space.

Section I.02 Problem Statement/Business NeedXzuberance Apparel provides trendy clothing to its fashion forward customers between the ages 13 and 35. However, Xzuberance does not have a state of the art online presence that not only helps to list products in individual categories but also manage orders, customer data, inventory management and merchandizing electronically.

Article II. Section II: Functional Requirements

Section II.01 Business Requirement Document The following requirements for the v2 of xzuberance ecommerce will cover the following components of the system:

BR 1: Home PageThe New Home page will be dynamically controlled by pre-built templates with web-Merchandiser tool (WebM).

BR 1.1: Display 3 separate images on the Home Page that individually link to preset categories in the database.

BR 1.1.1: Main Image on Left pane would display ongoing promotion and when clicked links to the category referenced in the promotion.BR 1.1.2: Top Right image links to the label/category depicted in the imageBR 1.1.3: Bottom Left image links to the label/category depicted in the image.

BR 1.2: Place a top navigation grid on the top right of the home page with the following navigation:

BR1 .1.1: My Account - This will enable Returning Customers login to their account and checkout. New users can create an Account. There must be a link to retrieve lost passwords which will be emailed to the customer.BR1 .1.2: Shopping Bag – Customers can get to their cart to review selected items and check out and or make necessary updates. BR1 .1.3: Assistance – This will provide customer and users with a form to email the Client Care for support.BR1 .1.4: Login – This will give users a similar page as My Account.

BR 1.2: Display a main navigation grid in bigger Gray tabs with the following navigation:

BR1 .2.1: Home – This tab would allow the user to return to the Homepage from whatever active page they are.BR1 .2.2: Men – This tab would direct the user to the Men page where they can see all men related items under their respective labels or categories.BR1 .2.3: Women – This tab would direct the user to the Women page where they can see all women related items under their respective labels or categories.BR1 .2.4: Sale –This tab would direct the user to the Sale page where they can see all items marked for Sale.

BR 1.1: Display a 3rd navigation page which will contain two menu items namely a. Our Movement b. Get Involved.

BR 1.4.1: Our Movement: Will be a tab for users to view the latest video of activities the company is promotion or sponsoring. There would also be text underneath the video detailing the ongoing activity.

BR 1.4.1.1 This page will have an “E-mail a Friend” link at the top right corner of the Our Movement page which when clicked will display a “TELL-A-FRIEND” pop-up where they can send an email with the page information to any contact with a valid email address.

BR 1.4.1.2 This page would have a “CONTINUE SHOPPING” link at the bottom right which when clicked would redirect users to the Home page.

BR 1.2: Verify that at the bottom of the Home Page there are links to a.) Home b.) Shipping & returns c.) privacy notices d.) conditions of use e.) contact us f.) our movement g.) get involved h.) site map i.) order history

BR 2: ShoppingVerify that users can shop from any of 3 labels in the Men and Women categories namely:BR 2.1: Signature X – From the Men menu there would be a Signature X label under “SHOP BY CATEGORY” header in the left pane. Once clicked this would direct user to the list of products under this label which will display thumbnails of each item, the name and the price.

BR 2.1.1 When you click on any item, it would take you to the product detail page which would show the Front and Back images of the item, the product description and the price.

BR 2.1.2 When a user clicks on any of the images, an enlarged view will display. There should also be a “View Larger” link at the bottom of each image.

BR 2.1.3 There would be a size drop down where user can select from M – XL and a “Size Chart” link which when clicked would display the size chart pop-up.

BR 2.1.4 Product price would be displayed and if a sale is applicable, there would be the discounted amount and percentage underneath it. Users would have a “Quantity” box which is defaulted to 1 and the users have the ability to increased by any number

BR 2.1.5 User 3 buttons with to enable them “Add to cart”, “Tell a Friend” and “Review”. Clicking an each of this buttons would direct you to their respective functionality.

BR 2.1.6 Add to Cart button would display a pop with the product thumbnail, CART SUMMARY, and buttons to “Close Window”, “View Entire Cart” at the Top Right and “Checkout” at the bottom right.

BR 2.1.7 Checkout button would take the user to the “Choose Your Checkout Method” page where they can sign in if returning customers, “Create Account & Checkout” for new customers and “Quick Checkout”.

BR 2.1.8 When an existing user enters their email address and password and clicks the “Returning Customer Checkout” button, they are directed to the “Shipping Address” page where they can choose from

a Default Address of create a New Address to have their products shipped to.

BR 2.1.9 After a user selects or enters a shipping address there would be a “Proceed to Shipping Options” button which would direct them to the “Shipping Options” page where they can select from 4 shipping options namely:

- USPS Standard- USPS Parcel Post- USPS Priority Mail- USPS Express Mail

There would also be a Shipping instructions test box where customers can include shipping directives with their order. “There would be a “Proceed to Payment Option” button to take users to their payment options.
