Based on our conversation last Friday, I am pleased to propose this preliminary outline of the customer service workshop, and to suggest ways to maximize your return on investment. Workshop OverviewThe two-day Customer service strategies workshop encourages participants to define and refine the criteria for superior customer service.During the workshop, participants will:Self-Assessment, Goal setting exercises• Role-Play, Active listening• Analyze and identify excellent customer service attitudes and behaviour• Identify and apply conflict negotiating models• Set a goal for further developmentDepending on participants’ preference, we can begin at 8 or 9 A.M., and finish at 4 or 5 P.M., attached is a proposed agenda for your approval MethodsUsing a variety for interactive services-including case analysis, taped role play, peer feedback, and self-assessment, your employees will review, describe and apply behaviours to build customer relationships.
I would like to visit your location for a few hours to observe your training representatives and customize the content according to it. This complimentary needs assessment will also allow me to gather information about current practices, and see your training facilities.

ResourcesThe participants will need uninterrupted time during the workshop. Because people will be working together and moving around, they will need group seating, four to a table, and enough room to comfortably accommodate 16 people. We will also need a projector, and screen; participants will need writing material, a USB key and one flip chart per table. We will bring our own camera and laptops.
