To present the company’s prospective recommended suppliers or contractors ofoffice supplies, office equipment, partitions and divisions, IDs and uniform, chairs, tables,drawers, vaults, cabinets, computers, lightings, signage, brochures, vouchers, leaseholdimprovements, trucks, delivery vans and executive cars.11. To report to the Board/President/Director the installation, partition or division ofthe HO or the different departments/divisions of the company: Office of the President;Office of the Secretary to the President; Office of VP- Operation; Office of VP – Finance;Office of Treasury; Office VP – Sales and Marketing; Office of Internal Audit; Otheroffices/divisions.12. To present report to the Board/President/Director on the Purchase orders anddelivery to the HO of the following items to the mentioned offices in (11) - Offices of thePresident, COO, CEO, VP – Operation, VP – Finance, Treasury, VP – Sales and Marketing andInternal Audit: Tables, chairs, cabinets, vaults; Computers, laptops, telephone, cellphones,wifi, printers, Xerox; Executive cars, fax machines, internet; CCTV and security equipment;treasury equipment; System/Operational Software; Factory machines and equipment;Air-conditioning units; fire extinguishers; Other important and necessary purchases.13. To recommend the official commencement of business affair of the HO with pressconference, public announcements or celebrations.14. To recommend the “breaking of the ground” celebration if the HO is to beconstructed.15. To recommend prospective printers of brochures for sales and marketing, includingprospective product advertisers.16. To present suitable sites of branch offices, factory, warehouse, stores, country originof importation of inventory/merchandise/raw materials, service centers, service bays orhangars, location of hotels/resorts, depending on the nature of business.17. To oversee and report the results of the branch office, warehouse, factory,mall/stores installation or constructions to the Board, CEO, President or Director.18.
