INTRODUCTION
The proponent plans to establish a family medical clinic at Nabaccayan, Cagayan. The
name of the clinic would be Mabuhaii Medical Clinic that would provide the needs for promotion
of health and well-being of the local population by providing accessible, good-quality medical
care for people of all ages. Furthermore, the proponent plans to establish the above
entrepreneurial business for the following reasons:
Some of the barangays in Gattaran, Cagayan are far from the district hospitals.
Some cases needs immediate action to some of the conditions experienced by the
people.

BUSINESS OVERVIEW
The Mabuhaii Medical Clinic will offer general and preventative health care for all ages in the
said location and its surrounding communities. Moreover, the facility extends its services with
the provision of appropriate drug for the specific condition of the patient/client, provides
information or counselling proper nutrition and health teaching about the current trends in
common diseases occurs in the community. The facility will utilize trained staffs, new
equipment, medical trainings, a referral system and nearby hospital facilities in order to
maximize the care for each patient/client.
PRODUCTS/SERVICES OFFERED:
In general, MMC will provide general care for all ages, as well as providing multiple procedures
to create a complete health care solution. The costs will depend upon the materials used, the
physician’s time consumed and the amount designated for each procedure.
Its philosophy is to attain optimum health and performance can be attained by having a proper
nutritional intake, proper exercise and health education. Our goal is to educate and treat our
patients. Therefore, expect for services that provides group classes and teaching sessions for
all.
The facility will focus on each individual cases. Proper education and medical care services will
be rendered after a series of procedures/tests. One of our goal is to create the most rounded
experience for each patient in order to optimize their health.

In general, competition among medical practitioners in this town and surrounding area is small.
The growing population and limited number of doctors creates a great opportunity for meeting
our patient load goals.
Knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and helpful doctors, nurses and staffs is one of the reason why
patients return to hospital of choice. The relative importance of each factors will vary by
patient’s age, range, medical needs in managing their own health.
MARKETING STRATEGY
Creating a high profile and name recognition within the community through public speaking,
networking, promotional events, and print advertising would be a good start for this business.
Sales strategy will follow that relies on a pleasant and accessible location, well-trained, highly
motivated employees, and a commitment to provide the possible best care and patient
experience.
PRICING STRATEGY
The pricing for consultations and visits, as well as diagnostic procedures will be paid according

in the area.

THE OFFICERS AND KEY PERSONNEL
Administrator- implements regulations and procedures, supervising medical care and
overseeing personnel. They need to look after financial and clinical matters related to the staff.
They also maintain complex and sophisticated systems for patients as well as the staff. They

the one who carry out doctor’s order, provides care for the patient. Works with other healthcare
professionals, from physician to physical therapists, to keep patients on track toward their
recovery.
Pharmacist- serves patients by preparing medications, giving pharmacological information to
multidisciplinary health care team; monitoring patient drug therapies.
MANAGEMENT SUMMARY
MMC will initially have two employees: a receptionist and a medical assistant. Both of them will
be paid hourly wages and have health benefits. As the facility grows, hiring of additional
personnel is needed to help with referrals and additional responsibilities that will be needed at
that time.
Production process begins when a patient calls, comes in for an appointment, or accompanies a
family member to an appointment. Our hospital will be open 24/7. Environment, appearance,
etiquette in the setting is one of the most important factor that you must consider. Upon arriving
and entering the clinic the patient will be greeted with a smile. Patient’s needs and concerns will
be addressed and they will be asked politely to have a seat in the waiting area. During
consultation, doctors must project professional and courteous manner then after consultation,
the nurse will escort the patient to the front where all further arrangements will be made.
