This is an example of ESRI ArcGIS explorer with a stacked bar chart layer and a graduated symbols layer
This shows the full extent view, users need to zoom in closer to get a better view of the layers
These layers are served from ArcGIS Server and are dynamic
When the data changes the layers change also

This map depicts traffic volumes
The Gold lines are thickest and represent the highest classification of values, the dark blue lines are the middle classification and the light blue lines are the lowest range of values

This map is similar to the line map, but instead depicts volumes by area (first 3 digits of the zip codes)
Again, the gold is the area with the highest volumes and darker shades of blue represent more volume than the lighter shades of blue

This is the same map, but broken down by all 5 digits of the zip codes
Notice how the highest values look like lines
This is because the interstates rim through those zip codes
As a result, this map looks almost identical to the line map

It is a national view of the 3-digit zip codes with small overview maps breaking it down further into two main categories
