Some queries We might find several issues in the case study – how can
we talk about all? My advice: Simply you cannot talk about them all… However, You can establish a table of the individuals/bodies/corporations involved in the case, and next to each identify the ethical issue with proper in-text citation – this can be used as an appendix that you would refer to while discussing the ethical issues – and saying that due to the limitation of this assessment, I am going to discuss this issue and this issue which I consider be the most important in this case based on the fact….
Can we use ‘I’ in the write up… Yes – you can – especially when you come to the reflection part, this should be done using ‘I’… not the researcher or the writer thinks – but I believe, or I think… or I consider… whatever you wish to use as verbs!

Some queries How many sources?
I did not specify any number of sources – but, you are third year students, and I do not believe less than 10 peer-reviewed sources would make a good assessment… however, you need to take the following into account: (1) You are required to include stack referencing (i.e. including more than
one source to support your argument)(2) You might be bringing some OLD seminal work – usually, you need to
support this with a more recent relevant source.(3) You need to look beyond the sources that we provided you on the
blackboard. (4) You need to include peer-reviewed journal articles, and some evidence
from Factiva on the similar cases that you found… (5) You need to cross check the reference list with the in-text citations.

Some more queries Are we able to argue what we think is the main ethical
dilemma or is there a wrong and a right answer?Well, as advised you might have more than one issue in the case – you cannot talk about all of them - and that is why I suggested you come up with a table or a matrix of those – so, we can see that you understand the issues in the case… then choose two or more that you will talk about in your assessment justifying why you chose these two or three – as it is the case there is no RIGHT OR WRONG answer as far as you are able to LOGICALLY with supporting articles that you will be able to convince us of your argument.

Some more queries
Which approach is better… this or that (I am not going to disclose the approaches advised by the student in this query – But, I can say this)
I cannot comment which approach you take – but remember the S.T.A.R. – so, under the ‘S’ you would be talking about the issues – using the concepts that we introduced to you in these three weeks – but, of course you need to bring in further sources…
