1) Interested parties must contact CCILSA at info@ccilsa.org,

phone +351 934 927 500 and +27 (076) 744 5611 and fill in

the registration form

2) CCILSA has funding to support costs partially or totally, but

this must comply with Compete rules (see more details on

financial support in the next pages). Evaluation must be done

at this stage.

3) 40% of the program is general and 60% is customised B2B

meetings. The final general program will be fine-tuned to the

interests of the registered parties. This period will be used for

that purpose.

4) B2B meetings will be confirmed at this stage.

5) Sectoral agendas will also be confirmed at this stage depending on

the number of interested parties. For example: real estate visits,

tooling and engineering, ICT and others.

6) Logistics must be done as early as possible, straight after

registration, this period will be the deadline.

7) All participants must settle their payments as soon as possible and

certainly before departure
