Business Developer (Pharma), fulltime Primary responsibilities Sales-oriented business development activities: identifying and attracting new customers; Generating leads for potential business deals on own initiative following a defined strategy; Execute BioConnection’s business development strategy and planning; Turn leads into revenues; Proactively manage and prioritize day-to-day to contribute to revenue generation; Observe and understand market and industry trends and share them with internal stakeholders; Represent the company at international conferences and congresses; Meetings with clients, mainly in Europe; The role requires travelling, mainly within Europe; The role reports to the Director Business Development. Profile Understands our market position and is eager to find and generate new leads and opportunities; Customer oriented, acts as a key person between customer and the company; Warm and enthusiastic with excellent negotiation skills; Capable of working independently and under time pressure; Creative, capable of generating and presenting new ideas; Team player; people person; good networker; Self starter, proactive, resourceful. Minimum: MSc degree in Life Sciences is essential. Sales experience in Biotech/Pharma industry is a plus; 3-5 years work experience, within a similar role; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
