Project tasks: 1. Creation of a system of selection and analysis of competitive ideas

and selection of competitive developments on the base of the methods of international marketing, patent search and technology audit.

2. Creation of a system of legal protection and effective use of the university intellectual property assets conforming to the international standards.

3. Creation of a system of support and advancement of innovative projects at all the stages of innovative cycle, high technology business development is included.

4. Creation of a system of Human resourses of the commercialization process, business incubators, and innovative enterprises.
