In November 2016, Sawgrass Mills will welcome Century 21 Department Store to its already impressive mix of more than 20 major retailers. In addition, a 350,000-square-foot expansion is in predevelopment and will add new retail, restaurants, and a hotel in 2019.
The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass MillsFor Holiday 2015, The Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills added an outstanding mix of luxury retailers by opening an 80,000-square-foot expansion. A 1,700-car parking deck opens in 2016.
The OasisThe Oasis, Sawgrass Mills’ entertainment and retail destination, is opening new restaurants, including Texas de Brazil, Yard House, and mojitobar & plates by Douglas Rodriguez. A renovation of The Oasis common areas and storefronts is scheduled to be completed by Holiday 2016.
