Construction

Thebusbarchamber is fabricatedusing sheet steel (CRCA) of 1.6mm thicknessand epoxy

powdercoatedtogivesuperior&lastingnish.ThebusbarsectionsaremadeofETPgrade

copper&dulltinplatedandthebusbarsupportsaremadeofDMC(Doughmouldingcompound).

The neutral bus bar is ully rated.

Inbusbarchambersupto200A,thebusbarlayoutisinasinglelayer(i.e.onebythesideof

theother&dulyseparated/supportedonthebusbarsupport).Whereasinbusbarchambersof

250A/315A/400A/630A/800A,thebusbarlayoutisinformofstack(i.e.onebusbarbehind

theotherdulyseparated/supportedbybusbarsupport).Allhavedetachableendplatesenabling

them to be extended easily with the connection o another chamber. Full top and bottom end

plates are detachable.

Kitcomprisingofconnectingcopperlinksareavailableforextendingthebusbarsectioninthe

add on module.
