IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT DIANE SURETTE HAS BEEN PROMOTED TO PRESIDENT & CHIEF CLIENT OFFICER (CCO), EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2018. “Since being named CCO eighteen months ago, Diane has made a significant impact on Burke’s ability to serve its clients,” said Jeff Miller, Burke’s Chief Executive Officer. “She has fostered a culture of cross-functional collaboration, facilitating interaction among employees from different operational areas that has increased efficiency and added greater value to client deliverables. With this promotion, the Technology and Data Collection functions are added to Diane’s scope of responsibility, creating more opportunity to leverage the strengths of employees and mobilize resources.” The CCO position, newly-created in 2017, aligned three client-facing functions under one individual to improve communication flow across the departments and collaboration among account team members. This new structure was designed to further strengthen Burke’s partnership with clients and its commitment to help clients succeed. “Diane has a strong strategic perspective, is a creative problem-solver, and works tirelessly to earn the continued loyalty of our clients. At the end of a consulting engagement with Burke in 1996, she was asked to join the company and to start a division focused on helping clients take action on customer data provided by Burke. In 2004, Diane was promoted to SVP, Client Services, where she managed a large group of Account Executives and later promoted to Executive Vice President with responsibility for leading the entire Client Services function.
