A Snow Day in South Florida

A Friendly welcomeThe promenade would like to welcome Allstate insurance company to our coconut creek family.

Allstate insurance has leased portions of two of the three floors of the 75,000 square-foot office building that is part of The promenade at coconut creek. The deal was recorded as the second largest commercial real estate lease in South florida. Allstate insurance will occupy nearly 34,000 square feet and is expected to move in the last quarter of 2009.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with them and thank them for choosing us as their new home.

on Saturday, July 18th, the promenade at coconut creek became a winter wonderland for a day. South florida parenting and the promenade partnered to bring winter in July to the residents of coconut creek. family and friends enjoyed a snow day in florida. yes, we did say SnoW and floriDA in the same sentence!

The children were excited to see 8 tons of snow just waiting for them to play in and play they did. They climbed on snow hills while parents snapped pictures of their lit tle ones. The snow was not the only magic trick performed on that day. The children also enjoyed the magic and fun of magician James changefield, face painting and of course, free snow cones for all.
