Presenters
Jack Donson has worked directly with the incarcerated for three decades at the county, state and federal levels. Jack retired from the Federal Bureau of Prisons in 2011 where he held the position of Case Manager for much of his 23 year career. Over his career, he received several National awards and worked directly with diverse populations (Pre-trial, Minimum, Low, Medium, Administrative, & Witness Security) in the trenches of the prison system. Donson is a member of the Corrections Committees of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the American Bar Association (ABA).Jack Donson

Walt Pavlo is the founder of Prisonology, an educational, expert testimony and consulting firm on federal criminal post-conviction matters. He is the co-author of “Stolen Without A Gun,” and is an nationally recognized speaker on white collar crime and federal criminal legal cases.
Walt is a contributor to New York School Of Law’s Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement as well as a contributor to Forbes.com, where he writes on white collar criminal cases.
He has an engineering degree from West Virginia University and an MBA from Mercer University.
