FLATPIT/ FLATPIT BAOver sliding door Fast, safe and aesthetic. Over sliding door is for automobile garages and suitable for quiet zones.

Warranty Period2 years from the date of product delivery by the technician (Note 1 and Note 2). However, for products equipped with electronic counter, the warranty period is limited in the number of closing and opening times of 1400 times. (Note 1) In case of repairs, the warranty period is the repairing department’s completion date. (Note 2) In the event that the housing is the general management housing (houses for sale) or collective housing, the date will be the delivery date to the building owner.

Warranty contentsIn case the reasonable using conditions are complied with manuals, labels and notes but the defects still occurred without relationship with liability exemption items stated separately below, the free repairs will be done. However, in case of going to remote and rural regions or islands, the customers will have to pay travelling expenses.Even when hurricanes occur, the rainwater can touch on the door but the status of product will not be affected.

the wind pressure exceeding the wind pressure proof index specified in the catalog) 6The damages arise outside the products such as variation of architecture frame and building… ⑦ The damages due to misuse other than the product’s purposes or damages caused by using other methods which are different from the using purposes. ⑧. The damages due to warranty, management and installation that are not implemented by our company (such as corrosion and color change caused by use of non neutral detergents; corrosion due to use of mortar with sea sand, quick precipitants or lack of maintenance and sanitation during the construction). ⑨. The damages caused by customer’s self-installation, repairs and modifications. (Dismantling the unnecessary components is included). ⑩. The damages caused by mistaken operations after the handover, by poor preparations or no proper warranty and maintenance progress. ⑪.Coating corrosion, discoloration, metamorphism of plastic parts and blurred paint or paint peeling by time, scratches in the exposed parts when using or other similar damages. ⑫. The phenomena which cannot be foreseen by science, technology and knowledge at the installation time or damages caused by the aforementioned reasons. ⑬. The damages caused by small animals such as dogs, cats, birds, mice, cockroaches, spiders… or by vegetation such as vines and roots. ⑭. The sensation phenomenon such as vibration and sounds that are not caused by product’s features. ⑮. The defects or damages caused by the illegal acts such as theft.

The repairs out of the warranty period will be charged.The aforementioned items are not the items that limit the customer’s rights; thus, for repairs out of the warranty period or unclear understandings, please kindly contact the stores or nearest places of our company for advice and answers.

Introduction of periodic inspection contractFor safe and long lasting use, it is necessary to perform periodic inspections and to replace parts periodically. When you sign a periodic inspection contract, your products will be maintained and checked by the experts. We will periodically check the operation status, take oil changes, replace consumable parts and adjust the products to normal operation. The inspection data will be stored, maintained and reported to the customers by our company. In order to prevent unforeseen incidents and functional impairments, the periodic inspection contract is an integral part during the product using process.

Request for inspections in the environment where products are easy to be damaged

In the environment where products are easy to be damaged such as high humidity environments or coastal areas, the inspection should be done from two to four times per year (the times may be different depending on the situation). When taking the inspections, we will change oil and replace old or damaged parts promptly; thus, the problem called “the door fall down unexpectedly due to the broken chain” can be avoided. Because the inspections require specialized technical knowledge, please kindly contact our company via the following address if necessary.
