Bunnings B.B.Q.

30 October

The Bullimbal Pool is available to parents and carers to access each Friday afternoon from 12:45pm to 1:45pm with their children, free of charge. This is a great opportunity for your child to have extra swim time each week. Just let your child’s teacher know via the communication book so they know you will be taking your child out of class at this time. This opportunity is available to all Bullimbal Families. Students must be supervised by their parent/carer.

Don’t forget to keep up to date with events, news

items and the latest photos on the website:

http://www.bullimbal-s.schools.nsw.edu.au

Sue McIlrick and her band of Wednesday Craft Ladies, pop $2 in a jar each Wednesday when they meet and when they have collected $150, donate it to a local community group who they think could benefit from their donation. We have now received $300 from this group. This money has gone towards plants for our vege patch and orchard. Thank you!!!!!!

In Class 1 we have been looking at the letter “O”. We have created some lovely artwork of things beginning with “O”, like Octopus, Octagon, Oblong and Owl. Here are some photos of us being very busy. Check out our Owls on our window when you next visit the school.

What’s Happening in Class 2 What’s Happening in Class 3Recently in Class 3, we have had some very good efforts shown by our students. Josh, who previously was very insecure in the pool, now confidently hops in off the side and stretches out to full length when swimming with Dean. Lachlan, James, Milla and Michael all now regularly put their face in the water and blow bubbles under water. Lincoln and James especially, reach right out and glide into the wall when swimming and can use flutter kicks to push themselves forward.
