ControversyBullfighting is a topic which has

caused a lot of controversy in Spain

because there are people whobecause there are people who

consider that bullfighting is an art

and other people who think that it is

a cruelty to these animals and we

must stop it

Some historyBullfights were popular spectacles in

ancient Rome, but it was in the

arabs in Andalusia mounted on

highly trained horses, and

confronted and killed the bulls

I DISAGREE WITH

BULLFIGHTING

REASONS:

1. “Bullfighting is a sport”.

In my opinion, the word sport means a

competition in conditions of equalitycompetition in conditions of equality

between two rivals, and in bullfighting this

condition does not exist. Bulls never can

be in the same circunstances as

bullfighters because these animals are

tired and they feel much pain

2. “Bullfighting is a tradition and we

can not destroy it”

I totally disagree with this sentence

because we can’t support an activitybecause we can’t support an activity

that shows us violence and we can’t

learn anything from it

3. “The bull doesn’t suffer”.

We only have to watch a bullfighting on

tv and realice how the bull is suffering. I

feel pain and embarrassment when a

bullfighter fixes the swords to them, and bullfighter fixes the swords to them, and

I’d like to say to that people that bulls

have nerves and they feel pain like a

person

4. “If you don’t like it, don’t go and

see it”

Ok, I’ll agree with this sentence,Ok, I’ll agree with this sentence,

I’ll never go to a bullring, but

it’s the same because the animal

continues suffering

5. “Bullfighting is culture”

But I ask: what can, a man who’s

killing an animal, teach me? I think

they can answer the question they can answer the question

because this activity can only show

how to kill an animal, and that, my

friends, that’s not culture
