5. Once the payment is processed, visit the PLUS Services Office inCorferias starting October 19, with a copy of your contract, to claim thebadges for Exhibitors, Assembly and invitations. Take in mind that theseelements will be given if you are OK with payments and documents.Exhibitor’s Badges are personalized. To print them it is necessary to sendthe information of each exhibitor to [email protected] using thefollowing format: Each field is mandatory

6. Corferias put at your disposition, during planning and development of the event, the following additionalservices: Rent of furniture, technical services, telecom and technical equipment.

You can either e-mail to [email protected], or visit the PLUS Services Office of Corferias, with theRental Services Form duly filled and signed. All services must be contracted and fully paid máximum One (1) month before to avoid setbacks during provisioning and/or installation.

7. If you require a Parking Card, rent additional services and/or furnitures, please request them in advance with thePLUS Office in order to confirm availability, avoiding setbacks.

8. It is requiered to either have an All-Risk Compulsory Insurance or an Extended Coverage with your current InsuranceCompany. Please get more information in Clause 8 of your Leasing Contract.

10. The Extranet is a platform inside the website of the fair, where exhibitors can manage: Goods Entry Form, Company’sLogo and description for the official catalog (applies for the virtual catalog).

11. Please be aware that for the entry of any assembly material or good, it is MANDATORY TO FILLOUT the Goods Entry Form (National or Nationalized) of the Foreign Trade Department, taking copies to youand to your assembly provider. Please Access the Exhibitors’ Platform (Extranet)

12. Assembly phase will be on November 14th to 18th from 8:00am to 8:00 pm. Must enter through “Gate 3 ”,located in “Calle 24 - Carrera 38A” presenting the following:

Printed copy of the Goods Entry Form. Exhibitor or Assembly Badges. ARL and EPS cards (Labor Risks Insurer and Health Provider Company - applies only for Colombian

citizens) Safety helmets

During assembly is MANDATORY to wear a safety helmet.

Disassembly works will take place on november 23 and 24 starting at 8:00 a.m.

14. If you may require movement of heavy equipment and a forklift, you can call at +57 1 4137949 or +57 3125093693 to Ms. Jazmín Contreras - Montacargas Servi Yaz (This is an external provider. Corferias does not have any business relation with the beforementioned company) or contract any trusted provider, complying the safety regulations described in the Terms and Conditions of Participation.
