  • November 1 marked our 10 year anniversary in Salem. Ill never forget loading the big U-Haul truck and making the long drive from California with Stacey, all five kids, and our cat.

We thoroughly enjoy our life in the Willamette Valley and the wonderful people we have met. The last decade of ministry for Stacey and I has been incredible and we're thrilled to begin the next decade with you. So many memorable moments together. Last Sunday was an incredible day for us. We were overwhelmed by your expressions of love, your gifts, words of encouragement and thoughtfulness will not be forgotten. Thank you for your amazing support, love, loyalty, dedication, and friendship.

    Advancing Together!

    a pure and holy passion...

On Veterans Day we recognize the brave men and women of the past and present, who have made it possible for citizens of the U.S.you and meto enjoy freedom. Please take time on November 11th to reflect and appreciate the dedicated veterans who have risked their lives and have been committed to the service of our wonderful country.

Seventy years ago legislation was passed that claimed November 11th as Armistice Day, which was dedicated to the spread of world peace and honoring veterans of World War I. It wasnt until 1954, after the urging of many veterans organizations, that Armistice Day was renamed Veterans Day, and became the day that we honor American veterans of all wars.

Veterans Day is a great time to educate your children, friends and family about the history of this holiday and the sacrifice and devotion of our veterans. Please join us in honoring these selfless contributors, these true American patriotsour veterans.
