THE BRIGHTON MARATHON Volunteer Lana Alliston takes on another fundraising challenge

Volunteer Lana Alliston successfully took on the

fundraising challenge of the Brighton Marathon on the

9th April 2017, running 26.2 km.

Lana ran each mile in the name of a Bulldog Rescue & a

Bulldog who had passed on to Rainbow bridge this past

year. Bulldogs and supporters went to cheer her on as

she completed the course in grueling sunshine. Thank

you Lana & well done on completing the Marathon and

on raising £700.00.

Karen Dixon -Virginia Waters Bulldog Walk

Karen Dixon on the 23rd April 2017 held another

fabulous leisurely walk at Virginia Waters Surrey raising

£125.00 for the Bulldogs in need at Bulldog Rescue.

friends got together on the 26th April 2017 and

fundraised on a Bulldog Rescue stall in Scotland selling

hand painted glass, homemade tablet and many gift

items raising an incredible £153.20 Thank you. x

Team The Only Walk Is Essex on the 16TH April 2017

attended a charity fund day with their Fundraising Stall

educating visitors about Bulldog Rescue & Rehoming &

raising funds for the poor Bulldogs in Rescue. Thank

you and well done on raising £120.00

Team T.O.W.I.E also held their monthly meet and greet

at The Ship Inn and raised a fabulous £180.20.

Bringing their fund-raising amount for April to £300.00

Not to be missed on the 4th June 2017 Newark showground will be the place to be as Bulldogs and Bulldog owners

attend the fun educational event organized by Vicky Collins Nattrass. There will be many stalls and rescues at the

event including Bulldog Rescue & Rehoming UK. The day will include a fun dog show, rescue parade and many other

fun items will fill the day. The money donated on the day and raised at the event is donated by Vicky to Bulldog

Lieanne Weaver – The Derbyshire Bulldog walk.

Lieanne held her first Bulldog Rescue get together and walk in Derbyshire on the 9th of April 2017 with

donations from the walk in aid of Bulldog Rescue. The walk was very successful and we thank Lieanne for

her hard work and dedication in to organizing it. Lieanne has her next walk planned and organized for the

Ellie Cox -The West Midlands Bulldog Walk

On the 12th of March 2017 Ellie held a West Midlands Bulldog Walk which was well attended and everyone

had a wonderful time meeting new friends. Thank you everyone who attended and Ellie for organizing it.

£ 130.67 was raised and we cannot thank you all enough x

Kelly Kerr – West Sussex Bulldog Walk

Kelly held her very well attended West Sussex meet on the 2nd of April 2017. The meet is a well-established

meet which Kelly the Bulldog Rescue volunteer has created in the West Sussex area.

Thank you everyone who attended and Kelly once again for organizing and raised a fabulous amount of

£73.00

Stroll on the prom -Allwyn Brown

The 22nd of April 2017 Allwyn Brown held her stroll on the prom a fabulous event supported by many

Bulldogs and their owners. A gentle stroll down Morecambe Promenade followed by soup and sandwiches

in the Cumberland View Hotel. Allwyn and her supporters raised an incredible fantastic amount of £654.31
