    Butler Strong Promise

On April 29th, students and staff signed the Butler Strong Promise to renew their commitment to keeping

Butler safe and to reporting anything that could be a threat against our school or community. A memorial

plaque was placed in the lobby of the school as a memorial to Butler student Bobby McKeithen. In the pic-

tures below, Butler Strong Promises line the entryway of the school and surround Bobby’s memorial plaque.

    JROTC Awards Ceremony

In case you missed it on our social media pages, Friday, May 3rd was our JROTC Awards Ceremony. Cadets

received their accommodations and our senior cadets ‘passed the torch’ so to speak, to the younger cadets.

It was a very moving ceremony filled with tradition and pageantry.
