Goals for HSE Summer Workshop 2011

1) Participants will leave the workshop with an increased confidence to build their teams within their home community.

Goals for HSE Summer Workshop 2011

2) Participants will be better able to assess and document HSE student learning. (Break out sessions)

Goals for HSE Summer Workshop 2011

3) Participants will leave with knowledge of some up-to-date University research to help encourage their own students in pursuing STEM studies.

Goals for HSE Summer Workshop 2011

4) Participants will leave the workshop with new or enhanced STEM skills and knowledge (e.g. the use of GPS/GIS technology) and be prepared to implement this is their HSE projects where applicable.

Goals for HSE Summer Workshop 2011

5) The workshop will increase camaraderie among new and veteran teacher-coaches and strengthen their support network. This will help teacher-coaches in using one another to solve problems and build their teams.

HSE Summer Workshop 2011 This will be the LAST year of the ITEST

study. Thanks to those that have participated in all or part of it.

What will happen beyond 2012 is unknown.
