“Salam” or Greetings from Malaysia Healthcare. It is my honour to warmly welcome all our distinguished guests, speakers, stakeholders, members of the media and delegates to insigHT2018, Malaysia’s leading medical travel market intelligence conference. insigHT is currently in its third installation and has evolved into an instrumental tool to communicate new directions and inspirations for the advancement of Malaysia as a leading global destination for healthcare.
As Malaysia Healthcare carves a new niche identity and sets new achievement benchmarks for ourselves, we are faced with the challenge to strive harder in enhancing every aspect of the patient journey experience. Hence, we have orchestrated insigHT2018 to expound on the theme of “Building Trust Towards Excellence”. TRUST, being one of the greatest commodities of our industry, has enabled us to reach greater heights and propel Malaysia’s identity further in the global landscape.
The bars are raised even higher for us after having attained numerous international awards and acknowledgements. Malaysia Healthcare must now proactively maintain its high quality standard offerings and subsequently, supersede them. We hope that insigHT2018 will open our eyes up to novel inspirations over the next two days for this very purpose.
Once again, I wish you all a productive insigHT2018 and trust that you will be able to explore new ideas and experiences from all industry movers present and together, we shall achieve excellence.“#MHmenangsamasama” or #MHwinstogether
