W ith the suppor t o f Sea Dragons In te r na t iona l Sw im Academy (sd isa .md@gmai l .com) , we have been able to provide additional aquatic support to our school community and many students, parents and staff are benefitting from developing this life skill. Congratulations to SDISA swimmer Rowvan who has seen his training pay off with exceptional wins and times in national swim competitions– an inspiration to all of our aspiring swimmers here at Excelsior.

As we look ahead to Semester 2, we will look to offer additional sporting opportunities both as ECA’s and with the support of external providers. All providers will be inviting registrations and offering promotional sign-up session in the first week of school from 9 – 13 January 2017 from 3.30 – 4.30 pm here at school.

Here at Excelsior we pride ourselves on the provision of sport that we can offer to our students and wider school community. Since the start of 2016-17 school year, our world-class sports facilities have hosted 15 JSAC sports events offering basketball, badminton, aquatics and football competitions to the Johor schools community, 12 Community Football events, 1 Excelsior Community Splash and Dash event, 2 Termly Staff v Student Sports Challenges 2 whole school Interhouse events and a wide array of extracurr icular sporting opportunities (ECAs) for our students benefit.

Asia's Biggest Obstacle Challenge Is Back in Johor! Prepare yourself for another round of mud-drenched obstacles & adrenaline-pumping challenges. You’ll be constantly relying on your team to help you navigate your way through 15 KM + 18 Obstacles. Viper Challenge at Medini will be featuring all-new 2017 obstacles and this is going to be bigger and badder than last year. Commit now, the finish line is waiting for us on 30 April 2017.
