COMPANY OVERVIEW

Mixta Africa is a leading pan-African real estate development company headquartered in Spain. The Company is one of the fi rst international entrants into the affordable housing market in North and West Africa. Its main business operations include land acquisition, housing development and commercialization, with a focus on executing developments that cater to different income segments.

The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates across several countries in Africa with the objective of becoming the foremost real estate developer on the continent.

Over its 10 year history, the Company has successfully developed over 10,000 residential and retail units across eight countries and is currently present in: Nigeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire. The Company is wholly owned by subsidiary of Asset and Resource Management Holding Company Limited (‘ARM HoldCo”), the largest independent non-bank fi nancial services group in Nigeria.

Mixta Africa has identifi ed two new markets, Kenya and Ghana to enter in short term, Tanzania, DR Congo, Angola and Ethiopia could be tackled in a second phase in order to continue expansion into new markets supported by a clear market entry strategy to ensure the Company achieves its objectives while minimizing its risk exposure.
