WELCOME Judy Graf

Judy Graf has been line dancing for over 16 years. She started with UAH Lifetime Learning Academy as a student in 1998 and soon began teaching some of their classes. Since then she has taught for the former Senior Friends program at Crestwood Medical Center, the YMCA, a class at Mt. View Baptist Church and the Huntsville/Madison County Senior Center. We are confident that you will improve your balance with this beginner’s class and get some exercise, too. What a way to have fun!

January 8th -- Our much anticipated Beginners Line Dancing Class begins with Judy Graf! Place: SFL Main studio Time: Fridays, 11:15-12:15. Add $10 to your current balance class monthly fee and put on your dancin’ shoes. Line Dancing improves stamina, muscle tone and coordination, and is a great stress buster and energy booster. It is good for posture, strength, mobility in the lower back, and toning calves and thighs. It invigorates all the major organs from the brain right down to the toes.. and doesn’t require a partner!

WELCOME Jodi Crubaugh

Jodi Crubaugh joined our staff this fall as a substitute instructor and found her niche

with Steady for Life right off the bat. She was open to ob-serving and studying our other instructors and soon added to her love for yoga (which she has studied for 8 years) a love for balance instruction, also. She now teaches two Rev It Up Balance classes for us weekly and brings a playful approach into her classes. We are glad to have you, Jodi!
