• Renovation expected to start in 2015

• Interior and exterior work will update kitchens, bathrooms, and finishes and improve energy efficiency

• Phased construction to minimize residents’ disruption

• Project could double number of affordable units within walking distance of Rosslyn Metro.

• Mixed-income project that could be self-sustaining and not use Arlington County funds.

• As a part owner, AHC is working with Arlington County to purchase and preserve property

• Part of the extensive Buckingham Village development built between 1937 and 1953
