SERSERVIVICING AND PCING AND PAAYMENTSYMENTS

All fees will be invoiced on a net-30-day basison either the first or fifteenth day of eachmonth from the date of the startup meeting.Client agrees to retain Active Blogs on aregularly scheduled basis, regardless of Clientdelays or skipped blog posts.

DDURAURATITION OF AGREEMENTON OF AGREEMENT

Either party reserves the right to cancel thisAgreement with a 90-day written notice.

CREACREATIVE OTIVE OWNERSHIPWNERSHIP

Client owns the rights and exclusive worldwideuse of any materials or content developed duringthe course of this Agreement. Active Blogs agreesto use the materials or content fordemonstration purposes only and not for resaleto any other entity.

APPRAPPROOVVALSALS

Client will be required to approve any marketingcommunications in writing before we can postarticles to blogs or social media sites. Nomaterials will be distributed without 100%Client approval.

This Agreement is between "Client" AcumenInternational and Active Blogs as it relates toActive Blogs email marketing services in itsentirety. By signing below, the Client agrees tothe terms and conditions outlined in thisAgreement.
