IAM Migration Overview• Changes made to the IAM

migration for this build:– Improved messaging for

customers– Improved error handling and

IAM Migration Overview• Users are going to migrate

from their Homestead login to the Intuit Account Management (IAM login process

• Affected users include:– Long-time Homestead

customers– Those who signed up for

our services by phone– Those who have an Intuit

identity and don’t know it

IAM Migration• When logging in, users will

be asked to update their password

• In some cases, they may need to pick a new IAM identity– If a user is stuck or

confused, the easiest option is to create a new identity

• Update is mandatory at login for select customers

available in the IAM; the current HS password isn’t strong enough for IAM
