Catering Limited Buffet Services

General Information

We deliver our buffets ready-to-serve on a range of stainless steel platters, china crockery, wooden boards and slate platters as best suits each order. Each platter will be wrapped in cellophane with full allergen details labelled on the exterior

All buffets supplied will include disposable plates and napkins, as well as plastic cups and cutlery where applicable. Should you require china plates, glassware, metal cutlery or table linen then these can be hired at an extra cost

All buffet trays, serving ware, china, cutlery and glassware supplied is to be returned to Hedley’s Catering Ltd. Non-returns, losses or damaged items will be charged accordingly. Buffets can be supplied on disposable platters if preferred at an extra cost of 25p per person

Buffets are delivered chilled using temperature-controlled refrigerated vans. On arrival food should be consumed promptly and at a maximum of within 4 hours. Food should be refrigerated if not being consumed immediately Allow 2 working days’ notice for bookings (3 working days’ notice for bookings of over 50 people). For short notice buffets, however, feel free to call and we will help out if possible. To help us deliver your buffet on time and to the correct location please quote your full address, including postcode and any delivery issues, a 45-minute time slot for delivery, contact name and telephone number Delivery is free within a 3-mile radius. A £10 charge applies up to a

15-mile radius and further charges apply for out-of-hours and longer distance deliveries and return collection visits . Please call for details
