INGREDIENTS1 kg (2.2 oz) beef mince
2 large onions – finely chopped
3 cloves garlic – finely chopped
1 tsp ground cumin
1 pinch salt
FOR THE GLAZE1 cup chutney
½ cup tomato sauce
¼ cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp Honey
METHOD• Mix all the ingredients for the
kofta together.
• Shape the mixture into small oval balls.
• Pan fry over medium heat, spooning the glaze over the balls as you cook.
