Dark purple plum in colour with delicately coloured edges. Ripe fruited blackcurrants, dusty cassis, spices and cherry chocolate. Ripe fruit follows through from the nose, dark cherries and tobacco. Elegance from tip to tail.

Food pairing

Barbecued meat, pork, lamb and beef.Serving temperature: 18 - 20C.
