Welcome to the second edition of the Buderim Market

Report. Thank you to all of those who contacted me with

positive feedback about my fi rst edition, I’m pleased that

this information is of interest to you.

With summer just around the corner, the weather is starting

to heat up, and so is the property market.

Historically the next few months are generally the strongest

when it comes to property sales in Buderim. This is due

largely to (as I like to say) our reputation for being the

‘Education Mecca for the Sunshine Coast’. Families look

to purchase now and relocate in January so that they can

be prepared for the new school year...and if the last few

weeks are any indication, we’re sure to have a bumper

period ahead!

I’ve been experiencing great enquiry on the properties I

currently have listed for sale with several having sold for
