PROMOTION PERIOD: Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. “Forrest Gump Character Look-Alike Month Contest” (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) October 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM ET October 31, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).

1. Contest begins at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) October 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM ET October 31, 2017

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open to those who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. Contestants must be 18 or older to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Landry’s Inc. (Sponsor) and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. The contest shall be staged in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

By entering, participants release Landry’s, Inc, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, and agents from any responsibility and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, death or damages of any kind caused by participation in the Contest or in connection with acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of Prize provided pursuant to the Contest.

3. HOW TO ENTER. 1) Enter online at the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. official Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/BubbaGumpRestaurant). 2) Follow online instructions and upload your photo accordingly. Participants must upload an original photo of either themselves or a guardian approved, between the dates of 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) October 1, 2017 and ends at 11:59 PM ET October 31, 2017.

Please enter only one photo and do not enter the same photo more than one time. Online entries will be hosted and moderated by Woobox. Photos will be posted to the Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag, for the public to view.

4. PRIZES. First Place Winner will receive three (3) $100 Complimentary Dinner & Drink Gift Cards, Second Place Winner with receive two (2) $100 Complimentary Dinner & Drink Gift Cards, and Third Place Winner with receive one (1) $100 Complimentary Dinner & Drink Gift Card redeemable at all Landry’s, Inc. locations throughout the United States. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Gift cards are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by Sponsor. Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor’s discretion. Any and all taxes, withholdings, fees, and gratuities are additional and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of prize: $300 for First Place, $200 for Second Place, and $100 for Third Place.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS. Winners will be selected by Sponsor. Up to three (3) Winners will be announced and will be chosen and notified on or before November 6, 2017. A panel of judges will vote on the winning pictures. Entries will be judged upon:

A) Relevance to theme (50 percent of score) B) Originality of photo (50 percent of score).

Winners will be chosen at the end of the contest duration and announced on November 6, 2017. Prize winners will be notified in writing/email, within 24 hours of selection date, including details on how to claim their prize. Each prize winner will have until November 17, 2017 to redeem his or her Prize. If prize winner does not comply, prize package will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, and/or human error. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Entries that are deemed obscene, offensive, or non-original works will be disqualified. Entries that involve unwilling participants, or participants that did not approve the use of their pictures, or participants under the age of 18 who do not have parental consent will be disqualified. In the event this Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the drawing and, in such event, to select a winner by random drawing from among all valid entries received up to such time of cancellation, termination or suspension.

Any entry form transmitted to Sponsor will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering the Contest, you grant irrevocably and assign to Sponsor all right, title and interest in and to the entry form and the photos(s), and Sponsor shall have the exclusive right, but not the obligation, to reproduce, publish, use, transfer or sell photo(s) for all commercial purposes, at no charge to Sponsor and without compensation to you.

In the event that notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor will attempt to re-send up to three times, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. All entrants, as a condition of entry, agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the judges which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing.

By claiming a prize, winner agrees that the Sponsor and their respective officers, employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, do not have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind related to participation in this sweepstakes, or from acceptance or use of the prize offered. All taxes, travel fees and gratuity associated with prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

GOVERNING LAW: Except where prohibited by law, the Promotion and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and those courts located in Houston, Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event that any dispute arises regarding the Promotion or the prize, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Any and all disputes shall be brought individually without resort to any form of class action. Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied

or otherwise increased. In no event shall entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs or expenses.
