Three college friends A, B, and C decided to form a business in the form of apartnership on January 1, 2014. The business is called World Cup Partners andlaunched an advertising-based website to explain the rules of soccer to the US market.
Partner A contributed $20,000 and brought considerable web development and soccerexpertise, while B and C each contributed $35,000. They agree to share 40:30:30 inany profit/loss each year, and as they will work in different capacities in thepartnership, they will draw different salaries.
